OUR RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
You can return any item within 7 days of receipt for a full refund of that item or to exchange it for a different size or color. Though we strive to give you a great customer experience each time you shop with us, if at all you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your Order for a full 100% refund with no hidden deduction. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items. However, you must understand that we can't bear a loss either; so return of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an unwashed and undamaged condition. C'mon that's just fair!
No problem. You can return your order and we will get it replaced with the new correct one. We have a fit guide reference for you. So even if you have placed a wrong size you can always exchange and get new corrected one and that too fee of cost! And if you courier us the returns, we will refund Rs. 100 against courier charges.
Ooh yes! We always value your money. Yes, you may return a part of the Order, in case of multiple items in an order. Any product being returned needs to be returned in full including all components as well as any complimentary gifts or products which came along with it. However, if your purchase was made in the period of a special promotional offer, contests or any special scheme then special rules might apply for returns.
Once your return request has been placed with Customer Service, it usually takes about 7 days to initiate refund subject to product inspection. Typically the refunds are initiated within 2 days after product inspection. The receipt of the payment would depend on the mode of payment chosen by you.
Yes, you can buy any number of items in exchange provided the final price of exchanged products should be equal to or more than the price of returned items. We mean what we say! All you need to do is drop an email at firstname.lastname@example.org within a period of 7 days, from the date receipt of order. If you are still dissatisfied with the product, you can again exchange the product for any item (covered in exchange policy). We will refund your courier charges too.
If you wish to cancel your exchange order, get in touch with Customer Care as soon as possible with your order number. Is exchange applicable if my delivery and return addresses are different? Yes. We will do that too.

Yes. We do take orders over phone.
Your order status is updated to you via emails and sms at every step. Once your order is placed you would receive an sms and an email with your order details. Again after your order is dispatched we send you an sms with your tracking details. Please check your spam and old sms-es for the status of your order, if you don't see any updates. In case of any unforeseen events which delays your order you would receive a special update from our end.

There are absolutely no hidden charges. Any octroi or sales tax is actually borne by LINEN LOVE. You pay only the amount that you see in your order summary.
Shipping & Tracking
Normally we give delivery in2-5 business days. An estimated delivery time is displayed on the Order Summary page. On placing your order, you will receive an email containing a summary of the order and also the estimated delivery time to your location. Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to bad weather, flight delays, political disruptions and other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you. Please check your emails and SMS regularly for such updates.
